Description

Each booth or vehicle space includes 2 exhibitor passes with access to opening and closing ceremonies and all plenary sessions. Additional exhibitor passes may be purchased up to a maximum of 4 passes per booth or vehicle space. Payment in full must be received by the date specified to obtain the applicable rate.

° 20’w x 10’d in-line/corner booth
° 8’ high backdrop and 3’ high side drape in show colors
° Two chairs (table optional)**
° Complimentary listing in the PACE 2019 Website and App
° 2 exhibitor passes per booth (additional passes may be purchased for $250 each)
° Complimentary Electrical and WiFi included with every booth

** To encourage our open market concept, we would prefer to limit the use of full tables in front of each booth space. However, if needed, a six foot table can be made available with your registration.

Not included in fee: additional furniture rental, janitorial service, installation/dismantling service, and storage/drayage. (Please note: we reserve the right to use a 3’ rear drape on end cap booths.)

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Paramedicine Across Canada Expo on or before April 15, 2019. Once an application has been accepted and processed, 50% of the rental rate for each booth space is non-refundable regardless of the date of notice of cancellation. Refunds will not be approved for cancellations received after April 15, 2019.

IMPORTANT: Please note that booth assignments are confirmed on a first come, first served basis, after payment has been received and processed.
